The source of the honey is Solar Farm Hive 1 and it was extracted on 30th June 2022.
It was coarse and fine filtered into Bucket 7 and allowed to set naturally.
The honey was warmed and jarred on 28th March 2023 and has a best before date of April 2025
This is a late Spring/Early Summer honey and on a flavour range of low-medium-strong is assessed as medium
It tastes delicious!
